Team Registration Only Opens on April 8th

$1500 Per Team *Minimum 8 Players - Maximum 10 Players*

Grades 3rd - 6th Boys & Girls Division *Current Grade*

Registration Closes on May 21

Games Start the week of June 4 - 5 *Tuesday & Wednesday Nights*

Season Dates: *Each team will play 1 game per week*

2024 Summer Coaching Summit

Coaching Summit:

We are hosting our 1st annual Coaching Summit this summer at Lake Travis. We will be hearing coaches from The University of Texas on what recruiting looks like from their side, Coach Wester from the Plano East State Champions will be joining us, and Coach Shaver from Lake Travis will be covering how to build a complete program. We will be working through topics like building culture, growing youth programs, interview training, resume preparation, networking, developing nutrition stations, coaching strategies and so much more. The summit will coincide with our youth camp giving you hands-on instructional time with players while receiving techniques, tips, and guidance on ways you can personally grow and develop as a coach.

When: July 24th-27th

Cost: $99 for just the evening coaching sessions from 5pm-8pm (no meals)

or $199 for the entire summit and all meals will be provided.

Springhill Suites next to Lake Travis High has given us a rate of $95 a night. (link coming soon)

(Each room will have 2 beds so you could room with another coach.)

Wednesday 6:30pm-10pm: Coaching session and social at High 5 (bowling, golf simulation, & arcade games)

Thursday & Friday 7:30am-8:30am: Breakfast coaching session at hotel, 9am-4pm youth camp, 5pm-8pm coaching session

Saturday 7:30am-8:30am: Breakfast coaching session at hotel, 9am-11pm youth camp, 12pm-2pm coaching session

Evening Sessions only 5-8pm

Basketball Skills Camp July 25-27, 2024

We are partnering up with the UT Longhorns this summer to provide Lake Travis with a basketball camp like none other.

We can't wait to get to work with our future Cavs on perfecting the fundamentals and having a ton of fun with camp games and competitions.

Registration is for boys and girls 1st - 8th grade.

*Registration is based on Grade for the 24-25 school year.

July 25th-27th Thursday & Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 9am-11am.

Cost is $299

Players must bring lunch Thur and Fri

Bring a basketball and water bottle and wear basketball shoes.

LTYA Spring Basketball Shooting Clinic

Basketball shooting clinic led by LTHS Men's Varsity Basketball Coach Shaver!

Join him on Wednesday night April 17^th from 6-9 PM to work on all elements of becoming a better shooter. From mechanics, form, and footwork to film study, mental approach, and decision making we will work to improve players' overall accuracy and consistency when shooting.
